We are Escape Entertainment ("us", "we", "our" or “the company”).

Please read the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms", or "Terms and Conditions") carefully before:

  1. making a booking for any game with us as both of the above will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
  2. using our website at https://www.escape-entertainme... (“the Website”); and

Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By making any booking with us either through our Website or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms are defined in this Agreement.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Escape Entertainment and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

EXPERIENCE

  1. All our games are private for your team.
    1. Murder of the West End Starlet is designed for 7 - 12 players (aged 12+)
    2. The Scheming Chemist is designed for 2 – 7 players (aged 15+ due to mild horror)
    3. Bank Heist is designed for 2 - 6 players
  2. Age restrictions and supervision
    1. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our Escape Rooms and any group that has children under the age of 16 will also need to have an adult playing in the room.
  3. Confidentiality
    1. We have a strict policy against photos and video inside our game experience rooms (you will have plenty of opportunities to capture the fun you had with your team after game time!). We ask you to maintain the secrecy of the games to not spoil the surprises for future escape artists.
  4. Code of conduct
    1. We want our customers to have the maximum amount of fun, but behaviour or conduct that results in damage to our facilities will not be accepted and you agree to pay for any damage caused by your team. If any such behaviour is observed your game experience will conclude.
    2. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any participants who we deem to be intoxicated at the time of arrival.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time.

If you arrive after your reserved time, there is no guarantee you will be able to participate and no refund will be made.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

We have a no-refund policy for cancellations or no-shows. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, please contact us with your request by contacting us.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Escape Entertainment.

Escape Entertainment has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
